Community activities are a popular and rewarding way of collaborating and working closely as a team to make a real difference in a local community.
- Organise a community event and explore a new culture

The group will be divided into teams of ten + participants. Each team will be tasked to complete a project benefiting the charity, a local school, orphanage or other type of community.
There are a number of charities and projects to choose from and Making Teams can select the charity together with the client.
The individual projects can be selected based on the charity’s needs of that moment.
As they work to complete the project, the teams will get the chance to to make a real difference in a local community and the lives of the people in it.

Insurance and instructor supervision at all times is an important safety factor, and in the event of an emergency of team member withdrawal, transport and medical backup will be standing by.
Pre-briefing with training and tips, and debriefing and analysis lead by instructors can form a part of the process, both to enhance the learning outcomes and experiences of the delegates, and to ensure that the team works together is empowered to overcome the challenges it faces.
Starting with a four hour half day option, this activity can be expanded to an eight hour full day event.
